How our HR Implementation process works

We run HR Implementations as a series of structured training workshops spread across approximately 6 to 9 weeks. This paced approach is intentional – it gives your team time to become familiar with each area of the platform before we move to the next, driving adoption and retention of the new system.

Scoping & Proposal

We start by understanding your business — your headcount, current HR workflows, existing Employment Hero setup (if any), and what you need the platform to do. We scope the project and confirm what's included before anything begins.

Workshop 1: Platform Setup & Branding

We re-establish your platform foundation: organisational structure, access levels, branding, and certification configuration. This sets the stage for everything that follows.

Workshops 2–3: Policies, Contracts & Onboarding / Offboarding

We upload and configure your policies, set up employment contract templates, and build your onboarding and offboarding checklists. Induction content is uploaded and company values configured.

Workshop 4: HR Employee Profiles & Data Sync

We clean up and re-sync employee data from payroll to HR, ensuring your profiles are accurate and your platforms are aligned. This is where data integrity between HR and payroll is established.

Workshop 5: Rostering & Time and Attendance

We configure rostering and time and attendance modules and integrate them with payroll. We support the launch of these modules and ensure your team understands how they interact with the pay cycle.

Sign-Off & Go-Live

Each module is signed off by your team before we proceed to the next. Once all modules are complete, we support your go-live — ensuring everything works together and your team is confident.

30-Day Post Go-Live Check-In

One month after go-live, we check in to confirm adoption is happening, address any questions that have emerged in practice, and ensure the platform is delivering the outcomes you expected.
