Our Pricing
Alltech has a simple method based on the amount of staff per pay run: example, if you have 30 staff then you will be charged a flat fee per person per pay run and no additional charges. This flat fee covers everything associated with your payroll….you don’t have to pay for additional reports, phone calls etc….our flat fee covers everything….no hidden extra's. And no long term contracts, just high level of service guarantees.
Steve Scullion - Owner of Alltech
Steve started his first payroll job back in 1992, working for the NSW Public Prosecutions Office. For the next 12 years holding payroll positions in both the public and private sector, with his arrival at Alltech in late 2004.
He has been a strong advocate for ensuring Alltech provides strong customer service for its client base, along with providing a desired working culture for Alltech’s employees.
Xanthe Simpson - Head of Implementations
After more than 15 years managing payroll both in-house and as the manager of a large payroll team, Xanthe took a role at KeyPay (now Employment Hero Payroll) establishing the Implementations arm of the business. She has done this again now at Alltech and built a team of 8 implementation consultants, all with the expertise to deliver a considered, thorough and compliant payroll implementation for clients, build Enterprise Agreements and establish rule sets for optimum pay run workings for our clients.
Xanthe and her team have also become the go-to for Employment Hero when an implementation rescue is needed.
Juliette Brown - Head of Payroll Services
Juliette is an experienced payroll professional with a proven track record in managing complex payroll operations, system configuration and compliance across diverse industries. She brings a strong focus on structure, efficiency and client transparency, ensuring a seamless and reliable payroll experience for every client.
As Payroll Manager, Juliette provides strategic leadership and support to the Payroll Services team, fostering growth, consistency and operational excellence across the Payroll Processing side of the business.
