Leading the daily operations of our bureau is Payroll Manager Juliette Brown. Navigating complex Awards and Enterprise Agreements demands architectural expertise. As Head of Implementations, Xanthe brings unmatched technical mastery to Alltech. Having previously established the implementations arm at KeyPay (now Employment Hero), her intimate platform knowledge is unrivalled. She leads a dedicated consulting team specialising in thorough, compliant payroll implementations, ensuring even the most complicated rule sets are correctly automated from day one.
