Based on your answers to some simple questions, you’ll be provided with a report that tells you whether your worker will be an employee or contractor for tax and super purposes.
Employers who have used the tool have told the ATO it provides certainty that they are making the right decision. They especially like the fact they can print a copy of the results to keep for their own records.
