Note: in 2012 when South Australia added the Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve public holidays, Modern Awards were amended to add a schedule on how to treat part day holidays under the Award. Effective 21/11/13, those schedules have been continued on for 2013. Members should refer to the latest version of their Award to determine the rules for any affected employee.
